Turner and I went to Tucson Meet Yourself. It is a culture & music festival downtown where all the different ethnicities of Tucson are "represented" by food and dance and music and artsy stuff. The food was AMAZING. $2 to $3 for little samples of stuff I never would know to order. The Turkish booth was amazing, but i heard about it only after I finished eating. Turner had a PB&J and potato chips on the way downtown. He helped me eat Paan, Papadum (like a potato chip except these were made with lentils; awesome), and beans
that had a name I don't remember. I also had an egg roll (never had one before) and Thai noodles (I eat Thai food once a week already. Couldn't pass up something that didn't come from my kitchen. "real" Thai is way better than my version of it). Turner had dessert but I don't remember what it was. Then he has some cookies which is where this face came from (I pulled it out of my bag and he came rushing over; "That for me isn't it Mommy?")
After we walked around, ate, watched people play instruments, and had a long talk about cars at the car show, Turner played for over an hour at the water fountain.
